Meet Color-Me Creatures: Coloring Pages, But Make Them 3D

Meet Color-Me Creatures: Coloring Pages, But Make Them 3D

Coloring books are great.

But sometimes paper just isn’t chaotic enough.

Enter Color-Me Creatures: 3D printed coloring “pages” made from PLA plastic that you can color with crayons, markers, or acrylic paint.

They’re basically coloring pages that escaped the book and became little plastic art projects instead.

And yes, adults are absolutely allowed to use them too.

Pick Your Creature. Pick Your Colors. Make It Weird.

Color-Me Creatures come in a bunch of different themed sets, so you can choose the one that fits your particular flavor of creativity.

Cute? Weird? Creepy? Animals? Something in between?

There are 13 different themes to choose from, so there’s plenty of room to find a favorite—or collect more than one if choosing is not your strong suit.

Instead of coloring flat paper, you’re decorating a 3D printed piece you can keep, display, give as a gift, or completely cover in colors that probably should not occur in nature.

Which, frankly, is encouraged.

Crayons, Markers, Paint... Go For It

One of the things I like most about these is that there isn’t one “correct” way to color them. You can use

🔴 Crayons

🔵 Markers

🟡 Acrylic markers

🟢 Acrylic paint

That makes them easy for younger kids to use, but still interesting enough for teens and adults who want to get much more detailed.

Keep it simple and colorful, shade the whole thing like a tiny art project, or make the strangest creature you can come up with.

It's yours.

Want the Full Setup?

You can also pair your Color-Me Creatures with one of my 3D printed crayon-shaped containers.

Because obviously regular storage containers were far too normal.

The containers come in three sizes designed to fit the coloring supplies available in the shop:

🟡 8-count crayons

🔵 24-count crayons

🔴 12-count double-tipped acrylic markers

So you can build a complete set with your chosen Color-Me Creatures theme, coloring supplies, and matching container.

The containers are available in multiple colors, including rainbow.

And the rainbow ones are especially fun because they’re printed with glittery rainbow filament, which means the color transition lands differently on every print.

No two rainbow containers will look exactly alike.

A Gift That Actually Gives Them Something To Do

Color-Me Creatures make a fun gift because they aren’t just another object someone opens, looks at, and puts on a shelf.

They’re an activity first.

Then they become the finished thing.

Kids can color them. Teens can get ridiculously detailed with them. Adults can absolutely sit there with acrylic markers for two hours insisting they are “just testing something.”

No judgment here.

They work well for birthdays, little creative gifts, rainy-day activities, stocking stuffers, travel activities, or anybody who simply likes making things their own.

Made One Layer At A Time

Each Color-Me Creatures piece and crayon-shaped container is 3D printed in PLA plastic.

The containers are assembled by hand and quality checked before they go out.

Because these are 3D printed pieces, you may see minor layer lines, small surface variations, or slight differences between one print and another.

That's normal for the process and part of what makes each piece a little different.

Colors can also look slightly different in person depending on lighting and your screen.

A Quick Note About PLA

PLA is durable for normal use, but it really does not enjoy high heat.

So please don't leave your Color-Me Creatures or crayon containers sitting in a hot vehicle.

For cleaning, a soft damp cloth is best. Avoid soaking or submerging the pieces in water.

Ready To Make One Your Own?

Choose your favorite Color-Me Creatures set, grab crayons or acrylic markers, pick a crayon-container color, and create something completely yours.

Make it cute.

Make it creepy.

Make it rainbow.

Give it six different eye colors because nobody can stop you.

That's kind of the point.

Color-Me Creatures are designed and sold by 3DChaos.
